Absolute and arbitrary authority and arrogance could be more appropriate terms for a bureaucratic government entity like the FDA. Of course, there could be more nefarious issues at play if you know what I mean.

Why would such a group be swayed by 2 positive Adcoms that they called, 2 trials designed with their cognizance, and other countries already allowing sales of BIEL products?
