Can you also give us some arguments and due dilligence (links etc), for instance why would they convert low? and why is this toxic financing? cause you're only stating baseless statements and personal attacks here.

These are my arguments, how about yours?

The converters would prefer to get a higher price for their shares if they convert,however there's no convertion here, the sc 13g/a just states ownership of shares and not convertion.

"Form 13G is used when the filer owns between 5% and 20% of the company and plans to hold it only as a passive investor."
