evensooner - I estimate 2 -3 billion WTVN shares may be outstanding. That is a lot, but no more than USXP, PAIM, BKMP, and many many more that are trading a lot higher.

You have to load these things when they are low, and sit on em until they take off, then decide whether to cash completely out or let some ride for the big run.
