Indeed desperate measures for desperate times - I mean outside sources (investor) being assertive to protect his investment (and rightly so) by being proactive to improve management and decision making within company. It is Telling just how incompetent insiders are and how dire things must be (?)...I always thought NEW management (changing of the guard) would send this considerably higher, but the way its being done shows desperation which could have the opposite affect...we shall SEE.
