What we have here is a stinging Federal Court DISMISSAL of all counterclaims. For months I have said the counter-suit was a phony. Many, many people listened. Some did not.

This was nothing less than a ringing victory for the good guys (they being Energy Supreme, LLC et al) and a resounding defeat for IFUS/SE/MW and cabal.

Coupled with the repossession of plant equipment ............. YIKES!!
