First, we have a full-time entrepreneur in residence, whose primary focus is on helping Binghamton University community members launch innovative ventures
Kenneth McLeod
Entrepreneur in Residence
kmcleod@binghamton.edu
(607) 777-5778
Ken McLeod serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at Binghamton University, where his work focuses on identifying students and staff with an entrepreneurial interest and assisting them in the launch of new high-growth ventures. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from MIT, and completed post-doctoral studies in Anatomy and Cell Biology at Tufts University. His research expertise is in the area of electromagnetic interactions with living tissue, and he holds over 25 patents in this area. He is a serial entrepreneur, having launched twelve ventures over the past 30 years, primarily in the health and wellness industry.

Not sure with the link how you missed it, but anyway he is full time employee with BU, who with a Dr. title wants to be call a Professor. LOL
Hard to call people names when you know nothing about them, does not give much credit to the post. If you have 25 patents and a Doctoral degree, your damn smart and have accomplished a lot so far in life. He did a great job with the video.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships
Building Binghamton University's entrepreneurial ecosystem one step at a time is at the heart of everything we do.
When faculty, students or staff make an invention, the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships serves as the campus resource to help assess, protect and leverage the underlying intellectual property rights.
When professors want to bring entrepreneurial thinking into their classrooms, we're there to help. And our efforts in innovation-based economic development strive to ensure that this area, once called the Valley of Opportunity, will live up to its nickname again.
..."If we are to encourage and support an entrepreneurial thinking at all levels of society, we must first define entrepreneurship in a way that anyone can embrace. If we are to shift entrepreneurship from the perimeter to the core of the way education operates, we must examine the institutional and organizational factors that inhibit the development of entrepreneurial attitudes, behaviors and skills. We must also recognize that, while not every student aspires to manage a business or start a high-growth firm, we all want to be engaged in work that matters, to be self-directed and to have an opportunity to apply our interest and abilities to something greater than ourselves."
