Everything you say is certainly logical. The trouble is that there are times when premises will be so convoluted as to completely mislead, thus rendering the finest examples of logic untenable.
I pretty much got out of the way of NTI when WNR restated the terms of estrangement. The premise changed and that told me my logic would be next to go. I'll take better care of me than they will.
The WNR/NTI terms as applies now---is it still $15 plus about 30% of WNR? If so, an NTI owner will receive about $25/unit, is that it? I'm assuming both sides of the equation will continue to drop a bit, given that I don't see anything buoying them up.
