As long as someone is getting shares and is just dumping them into the market, how do you think the price will rise?

They don't seem to share your opinion that the stock is under priced and they have access to more and more shares.

When they stop, the stock rises.

If they don't, it won't go anywhere and you are just spinning harder and harder making it easier for them to sell their endless supply.
