It seems like a few groups have tried to run this but it never seems to pan out.

With the A/S being raised to 4 Billion it doesn't look that good.

Strange thing is the balance sheet looks decent ... but if the company doesn't plan and act on something, the stock is going to continue to languish.

It seems that the CEO is content in having Andiamo as an ATM ...
