Their not wrong, read the file. There are two cases, the federal and the state. The federal case, the counter is not admitted in for a specific reason.

The federal case wont make it to the 22nd. The 8th is another deadline for docs (see the case file for yourself). Once the federal case -plaintiff's side is done, the state case is back on in March, where the counter is in play.

I follow the truth and not the SA and his cabal nonsense. BTW, check the case file completely for the specific reason "why" the FEDERAL COUNTERSUIT was not admitted. There's a very specific reason.....and that reason has no significance on the state case. Yawn, off to work....

BTW, read the bb's comments as to "why" it went to the federal courts. Then read the judge's comments. Boot boys strategy failed there too!
