So Klein is too cheap to file the amended list?
Why doesn't he want to be recognized as a director?

He still lied about filing the amendment on November 24, 2015 to reclassify the series A shares as being non-convertible.

I find it interesting that the following amendment mentioned in their quarterly report can be found in the list of amendments but the one mentioned above cannot be found:

"On October 28, 2015, the Company amended and restated its Articles of Incorporation in its entirety to change the
par value of the Preferred and Common Stock from $0.0001
to $0.001."

This shows they know how to file a proper amendment.
