Yes he does sound legit, but wondering what his endgame is. He was the CBDO at NEAH when they announced the LOI with Ekovehicles which went nowhere as all NEAH LOIs and MOUs.

The first thing NEAH needs is financing, although that does not guarantee accomplishment as they have burned through millions to no avail.

Pretty sure we are in for more of the same. Updates that are not updates and financing that never occurs.

Hopefully D'Couto proves me wrong.
