it's tragic that anyone invested in vois....
the looming R?S was so plainly evident months ago, that's if they even make it to it...
As of late the few reviews on amazon have seemed to take a downward trend as the Real buyers of the product have started to VOIS their opinions of the neurosync and of course they aren't good reviews...

Meanwhile once again financials seem to be heading to a late filing..
note converters and dilution are just a trickle as interest in vois has almost dwindled to nothing...no surprise there....

VOIS wasn't ill prepared in their delivery of product or marketing..that's highly evident in financials and toxic dilution...
vOIS was prepared to line the pockets of management and shut out investers especially when the news series of shares were announced and gave management sole voting power...
that was the icing on the cake for the R/S, so shareholders weren't able to vote on it..
not for a hostile takeover as so clearly evident....
yes tragic........
