Logically, that makes no sense! Here IFUS has a chance to win $3,500,000.00 + + + ...if they can produce evidence and witnesses to verify their story and the court agrees. Yet, they fail to produce a single witness and not one document to support their arguments.

So, how is it, pray tell, that they can't produce one single witness for their cause when they can win money ... but are going to produce multiple witnesses for their defense?

In other words, they are willing to go to great lengths to save $250,000.00 - $750,000.00... but are not willing to go to those same lengths to make $3,500,000.00 +++?

That defies all reason and logic. It is OVER, sir ... and there will be NO settlement.
