Yes, baked in. Basically everyone is now fully aware of the pending frivolous lawsuits and potential mergers.

It's all out in the open and the only thing people are waiting on is for the outcomes. Anyone who's invested in $SUNE knows the upside potential and basically the bottom is 0001 which is two dollars away.

We have so many developments in process and major contracts. The CEO said that the company will be cash flow positive by Q3.

Most Wall Street analysts have $SUNE as a BUY rating and average price is $13. Major upside here @these prices.
