I am sure that he does, he just does not want the "whiners" to point out the holes in the story.

My criticism can easily be silenced by an actual accomplishment, an actual information rich website, however those things do not appear to be in the interests of the company.

If you want to sell stock, give prospective investors a compelling reason to buy it.
