Nice find VV. The information presented is reiterating info that has been said before but it reminds that Cat Cay is supposedly going to be operational end of quarter 1 2016. Historically with CRQE thus far no "real" information has been released regarding updates to the projects. We remember that the capital required was $2 million to get Cat Cay up and running. If CRQE got the $2 mill and using convertible debt and are now getting a discount with the lenders getting "whatever they can get" then maybe just maybe the future looks better.

Any thoughts?
