There are some here that cannot or refuse to take the "comment letter" into context. The letter in and of itself provides no definitive proof of MBS's "isolated" by WMI but instead provides the exact mechanism that WMI would have used to protect portfolio (securitized) assets from seizure by the FDIC or Creditors. This is the same mechanism that a while back some here were insisting did not apply to the WAMU bankruptcy. Now we can see clearly otherwise.
