a good manager should get one negative review every ten years and there should be tens of reviews rebutting the complainer
I know a guy who had several conflicts / issues with co-workers, he was hated by them and his personality was "questionable". However, when he left the company the people - who had conflicts / issues with him - were the first who addressed their disappointment due to his leave. It was 6 years ago, but the guy was invited for all company events and the co-workers still call him as a "Boss" (so his is usually arrive late to the party to "miss" the current boss
