yeah i had read giga's 20-f, their annual report, when they released it in late june and i guess their required to list all possible detriments to their business and this piece of legislation was mentioned. you seem to be right that this wouldn't effect giga...at least not the mah-jong...but didn't they set up a poker site??? was that supposed to target the U.S.??? Besides I know your right about the enforceablitly issues. I know a lot of on-line gambling sites are based off-shore can this legislation even touch something like that? anyways appreciate the information TUVM.
