For any newbie pondering buying shares. Don't bother. They are worthless right now. Klein has not done a damn thing since he became CEO except get rid of some convertible note holders so he can unload his own shares. Oh yeah he also told a crap load of outright LIES. I am still baffled why. Did he think he was going to get away with it?
