There are a lot here that don't know the SFOR history. At least three RSs in the last 4 years that wiped out most of the longs. I bought 25,000(75$)shares on a whim about three years ago. After the three RSs I now have one share. A lot of people have lost a ton of money while this company did nothing but pay themselves. You can bet they are diluting the hell out of this now! There are no details to the settlement and you can bet they don't want them known! Who sells a licensing for a lump sum! I'm pretty sure all SFOR got was a pay off(called a licensing fee)to go away! Who do you think that money will go to? Look at the debt they have. Don't get caught holding the bag here.
