Frankly, I see no point in bringing any of that up, unless it's possible to make some kind of sense of it. None of it has to do with anything you wrote about.

I think what I've had to say here--in hundreds of posts since late August--has been pretty clear.

As for TINO:

Tamino Minerals sent $17,000 to Beaufort Capital to retire the original discount convertible promissory note. The amount was based on the debt converted to common stock, according to the suit. However, the defendant has "refused to execute the settlement documents," the complaint states.

As far as anyone knows, that did not happen with Beaufort and CRGP.
