Did you see any worth in the filings? Only debt and conversions happening.When you look at the filings, and some of that great DD from others here. The answer is right there. They reported none of the moves they were making until they were completed, and reported that they were up to date so the conversions could take place, immediately. What better way to distract us from what has already(possibly) happened. That private company is owned by management, not us and if the DGU's are a flop, they have protected all their interests, not ours. It remains to be seen if the conversions will be covered, or more maneuvers have to be accomplished, (such as an RS) to keep this stock afloat. How hard did we have to look, to find that private company? They did not tell us? Why not? Tomorrow will be an interesting day of either more blood letting, or the new groups that have arrived will pull us out of the opening abyss. I am still long, temporarily, until I see the breaking of .0007, which will signal the demise of any near term hope here.
