Lets be real regarding the PhaseV article, it was meant to bring down the company in some way, that is obvious. Someone paid someone to do this and that smells conspiracy and coupled with he fact that PhaseV originates in Albania and includes all the verbiage designed to shield itself from liable is telling, they want to have multiple layers to shield themselves form any possible liability i.e. you an't locate them to sue them and they admitted it is all opinion and done for finical gain.
In addition for someone or some people to write a book on the matter purposely papering the supposed subject of the article to death with as much as possible is a technique often used by attorneys in frivolous lawsuits. So the motives are pretty transparent. So why was NWBO targeted and now? You all can answer that question, timing is everything, is NWBO getting close to exploding or imploding is the question. This article effectuates both ends.
I personally believe since practically everything in the article is a regurgitation of everything written on the boards except for the Malik issue I believe. That issue hit NW close and hard imho since the relationship with Cenkos and possibly with NW himself. It appears that this single issue made NW blink possibly if that he what influenced NW into investing at some point in his DD. And then when Malik a highly respected Healthcare expert gets singled out after the hit piece well that gives PhaseV credibility where they might have not received any before. As if they became an instant Bernstein & Woodward.
We do know that NW didn't vote in the last election of Directors and I have to imagine if LP ousted Malik that would look real bad so her only choice was to keep him and hope that it looked best for NWBO. I am personally troubled by the Malik incident but have no info to know what is true and what is not. Did we not know about Malik and if not how did PhaseV know, could their be an inside mole? Maybe someone here can tell me how this Malik info was discovered.
But the fact that the article was written is telling, it ABSOLUTELY means that NWBO is on the radar, has become a problem for someone or something and needs to go, why then write such an article in the manner in which they did, possibly under the guise of shorting since they belabor that point when it was really done to bring the company down because they were getting too close to a cure or success.
