W/ FHAL: CVSU is buying an OTC to avoid the need to register.
So FHAL buys CVSU (Jonah swallows the whale), and the new org is now OTC. But it's really CVSU in the end. Thus the FHAL merger is for convenience (like a tear-down
house).
