N4...lol...so because you don't think the late filings are justified that makes the entire merger and these companies a scam.

Ok...that makes a lot of sense. Also...late filings indicating a scam would apply to 99.9% of companies on the OTC.

The filings will come out and those that didn't invest will be disappointed they held up that wall built on opinion and nothing else.

Those are old news. I don't waste my time reading any blogs and that is one of the reasons. People that have their own agenda want you to engage with them.

Mr Ivestor has nothing to do with us. Laura Anthony is our SEC Legal counsel. Terry Johnson was our auditor and when he was disqualified we were notified and act accordingly. The fact that Mr Johnson was our auditor does not make the company an accomplice to anything that disqualified Mr Johnson. Joe Raid deal was cancelled.

As you can see the blog news you mentioned are old news with intent to harm the company. We really don't care for it and will not read it.
