Energizer Insiders held 34,516,000 shares according to the Security Registration Statement S-1 of 06/19/2015

Together this could roughly make 137.8 million shares or about ~40.0% of Energizers total shares but doesn't consider - further purchases or sales - by the large shareholders and company insiders.

Note: p 19 of the Security Registration Statement S-1 of 06/19/2015 said that VR group would give up 5,000.001 shares, but they only gave up (40,509,570 -40,033,713) or 475,857 shares which is about 1.2%. If all the other large holders had given up such a small percentage their would been roughly another ~27 million shares.
