The only information I can scrape together to try to infer whether Amilya is still with VGTel is this video:

This video was released on Nov 17, 45 days after Toussaint most likely left VGTel and 45 days after what would have been Amilya's first 90 days with VGTel.

From timer marker 6:13 thru 7:40 she discusses her core strategy with regard to analyzing what's working and what's not working going in to the end of the year. She mentions having to let go of clients because they're not working out now and she mentions her focus on what is working.

Right after those comments, she looks down at a tweet coming in and at that point acknowledges her shareholders and what has been stated on many other posts as information identifying the company as more than likely VGTel. As far as we can tell, she's not CEO of any other publicly traded company which implys she's talking to VGTel stockholders at this point. She then says she's looking to desperately send you more information and will put out the next press release when they allow her to. She says that she is very busy, working hard, but playing by the rules. She also mentions that she loves what she's doing. One of things she enjoys the most and has made the focus of her career is helping struggling companies turn around, whether entrepeneurs or larger companies.

If she had left the company she would not have been able to make those statements. So it appears that she, at this point halfway thru November is still CEO, interim or otherwise, and has news that she wants to report but is unable to yet.

So that was two months ago.

There is another more recent video release from her on January 14 that I'm waiting to be posted on youtube. It went up on Periscope but those are live broadcasts that are not saved for later viewing like on youtube. That may or may not contain more information. We'll see.
