VitaCig, Inc. has executed a historic distribution agreement awarding San Francisco based Omnicam and its Korean partner Kooleever Inc. with exclusive rights to distribute VitaCig® products in the Republic of Korea in territories covering a population of 50 million people. Koolever has already contracted with over 160 stores that will begin retailing the VitaCig® units over the next few weeks. Additional stores are expected to come on-line in December 2014.

The Omnicam agreement is part of a comprehensive effort by the company to lock-in international distribution agreements. The effort has been spear-headed by Paul Rosenberg. Our agreement with Omnicam, Koolever, David Choi, and Tom Choi is the most important event in the history of the company and we are honored to have earned their trust.

First there was a rumor of a buyout when there was really no interested business party.

Then MCIG wanted people to believe that Paul told VTCQ to stop selling because VTCQ USA was more valuable if they had crappy revenues of $12 k.

Now MCIG wants people to believe there was no prior contract with international business parties.

REALLY?

How about it was all a cover up to distract people from Pauls/MCIGs/VTCQ FAILURES.

Paul just looks like an idiot either way. Of course there was an old contract. Otherwise Paul/MCIG/VTCQ was allowing international business entitites to sell vtcq/mcig products ILLEGALLY. Since Paul/MCIG/VTCQ DID NOT TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION - then, obviously, there was/and still is a contract with international business partners like VitaCig EU and VitaCig Korea.

Wake up. Korea wasn't mentioned in last PR. VitaStik product was not mentioned in last PR. VTCQ USA and MCIG USA will get NOTHING/ZERO commissions from international sales of the VitaStik Product.

That's a big, fat ZERO

Lastly "up to 25%" means diddly, considering Paul's strong history of exagerating his forward looking statements. The history is there.
