So Phipps purportedly sold the GTC assets to WSGI for $600k and 30 million shares that were trading around $.15. That comes to over $5 million in value to Phipps. . .then he buys everything back for $375K. . .which is probably less than what WSGI paid to put him up in that beach condo while they were pumping the stock.
