Being the conspiracy theorist that I am…
All these classless action suits came about after the SEC subpoena.(all part of the game)
I believe the Good Doctor has turned BP offers down and these guys are pissed off and will do all they can to hurt the company.
Follow the $$$$$$$.
My assumptions are:
The SEC is corrupt….google “GS fines” and see what they get away with
Big Pharma money is behind this…they have the most to lose and the most
influence
This attack is far from over.
The company is clean, has the science, the funding to complete phase 2 and
has a hell of a management and SAB team.
The political pressure on the political types and the FDA to find a better
drug for AD is the strongest it has ever been.

The upcoming PR’s should put social and not so social media in our favor along with the PPS.
These are my opinions and I will continue to hold until proven wrong.
