I do believe the lawsuit lacks merit as well. But that belief is just that, belief. You are incorrect on one key point. Anavex will be judged by the court (should it progress that far) retroactive to May 17, 2013 and through December 28, 2015. So, in fact, the company's current actions have no bearing on this lawsuit.
