I need someone to explain how NW in his public handling of his obvious issue(s) with LP & NW did a smart/good thing for himself and for the shareholders that he so wants to protect? Mind most here thanked him initially for publicly asking for an investigation which truth be known shows he is choosing or believing PhaseV over LP. Most here keep saying all of PhaseV's 60 page so-called research article was old rehashed & twisted for their own benefit but chock full of stuff NW should have previously known about so why his obvious and quick knee-jerk reaction to it? It is almost like he made good use of it to accomplish something if you ask me.

I really can't figure him out, why you read his bio I gleam that he is a clear activist shareholder that used his power to influence companies but most here believe the opposite.

I can't understand how he would not be aware of Wolf's prior relationships and if confronted after the fact with them like LP did how he could side step from addressing it after all he was demanding an investigation of wrong doing when that clearly took place on his end with to without him knowing about it at the time. His actions or lack of seem very one-sided as if it is his way or the highway.

His positive attributes when it came to NWBO was his funding /investing in NWBO which obviously allowed them temporary and short-term cash and supported the apps but now that seems to pale when considering the whole picture i.e. he did much more long term and immediate damage to NWBO imho.

Something doesn't smell good hear when it comes to NW & Co. Trust I am not leaving out LP & Cognate & NWBO but we have been complaining and aware of that situation of years not being able to figure it all out but aware at the same time so we know that NW has been aware also yet in went in full with the Co. So why the sudden shift from his part as if he wasn't or that he stumbled on it now is my BIG question. It is almost like he is using it after the fact, after he got in to either help correct NWBO like he wrote about or hurt them which he isn't mentioning but obviously doing now.

So here is my new and twisted theory since Wolf was hired after NW was already beginning to invest and as she continued to work at Ondra could she have poisoned the well and finally convinced NW that LP was the evil doer due to her awareness of the lawsuit with Macrocode? Could she to score points with Macrocode and to gain respect as the new kid on the block at Ondra finally convince NW that he was investing in the wrong company and after finally getting NW's ear influence NW to turn on LP. Look at the timeline of when she was Hired by Ondra and when NW started investing in NW and when things went south. Wolf was hired shortly before April 2015. As she gets comfortable at Ondra she possible starts filling NW's ear with negative facts about LP & Cognate and gains credibility as the bashers of NWBO step up their activity coming to a head with Af & PhaseV. IMHO Wolf is the person of interest here who got NW's ear and twisted it.NW ended up listening to her re the so-called inside of LP's dealing with NWBO. I could see NW eventually requesting meetings with her due to her known credibility int eh Healthcare industry and her so-calle intimate knowledge of LP thru her Directorship with Macrocure. She became the expert and she filled his head with garbage until it overflowed and finally and permanently affected him. She gained on all sides from this turn of events and he was forever poisoned and that is why he came out publicly fighting, he was highly confident due to Wolf's inputIn NW's eyes Wolf has the credibility not LP after all Ondra who he respects hired Wolf a long time fore int he Healthcare industry IMHO.
