The govt. don't need care what the consequences for net worth sweep. Because in the best case, the court may request/order the govt. to share some percentage of the profits(for sure not more than 20%) with the share holders. For getting this achieved it may take long time. That's why bill Ackman might be telling from the beginning that the warrants are valid. Read between the lines. Not easy to get absolute win for share holders as some people posting here. It might be some partial win if we are lucky. JIMHO. Thanks.
