It is very simple. Larry has used strategic convertible debt with non toxic debt firms since day one and until recently none of them ever converted the debt as MVTG properly serviced the debt by raising cash at the highs of rallies and not at the lows like we see today, and thus shrewdly limited the OS shares issued to only 74 mil since 2008, 8 year record for OTC!!!!

I can't wait for the next 10-Q to show no signs of toxic debt share dumps like the wild vapor ghost stories I keep hearing here. Some MVTG notorious MMs are about to get cooked, barbequed and fried and served up raw here very shortly that have made a severe miscalculation on MVTG.
