A share buy back program announcement with open transparency and monthly/quarterly updates would have had a greater affect on the PPS rather just burning money in this economy. I am holding my 7th set of 4 million @ 7's ready to dump on someone tomorrow.


The buyers and the sellers move markets on the basis of psychologically driven emotions of fear, greed and hope; The actual price may not reflect the underlying value.
