Short answer is yes they are definitely a scam. They have a history of press releases with zero follow through, so they have proven themselves to be do-nothing penny scammers spread.

I'm at work now but will lol up the financing later if you want I'm going to take a wild guess and say its typical toxic convertible debt like all scams have?
