Austin at times you are no different than the usual suspects and at other times you are a fair and balanced breath of fresh air here. In this case however I vehemently disagree with you and what you are writing is completely absurd. If you look at NW's history of being a activist investor ho has made his will known through ousting CEO's and taking over companies so don't thin that he isn't capable or wouldn't think of it.....something I am sure Lp takes pretty darn seriously.

And as for his $180M you have contradicted yourself multiple times in the past with re this topic of how much $180M means to him and his fund. In the past you have stated that $180 M is a tiny % of his fund, and means nothing to him and now it is a huge investment so why would he make if only to get his Trojan Horse in there. I don't now if he was involved or not, but Ondra hires a new kid not he block who specializes in the Healthcare Sector and at the same time is embroiled in a lawsuit with Cognate & LP as a Director of Macrocode and becomes one of the lead investigators questioning NWBO and making requests for supportive classified documents so either she went in as the new kid not the block to impress her bosses, sent in as the sacrificial lamb because she had to or went in under her own volition to gleam what she deemed important for personal secretive reasons. BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE INORDER TO BE A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY ONE WOULD HAVE TO KNOW BETTER ....NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS AND THIS IS CENTRAL AND KEY TO A CONSPIRACY THAT SHE STARTED!.
And you of all should understand this FACT! She made herself vulnerable and created suspicion and broke the law albeit if only in a minor way considering the players and why NW insisted on sending Ondra in it looks bad. Nad NW's silence in the matter looks even worse imho.
