Thank you, WSR! You're a neat guy/gal and I'd hate to think you're wasting money that could better secure you through a slightly tweaked purchasing style. Folks have helped me out immeasurably over the years by pointing out really little things I was doing.

The NTI deal doesn't strike me as being at risk due to particulars stemming from the energy crisis in which unusual deals will be wrought. A rising tide affects all boats, as they say. Isn't that appropriate here? NTI and WNR are both in midstream and all-out retail so I'm thinking the allure for WNR should be apparent. I'm somewhat confused as to how NTI is served by the acquisition. Certainly, unit holders are screwed and not enjoying it. lol

There's little point in my saying more on this subject as I now hold just 200 units of NTI, feeling like a disengaged father who has just learned his child never existed except in his mind. NTI is no longer part of my household. That's a tough reality to embrace after four years of Heaven.

However, my NGL ownership positions wouldn't exist were it not for cash invested in and further generated by NTI's operations prior to the tender offer. And Catdaddy first brought NGL to my attention, something for which I'm already thankful.

Now holding 6,300 units with a C.B. of $11.2990 and expecting to continue adding on dips below $10.50 or thereabouts.
