Gentlemen something interesting I just learned from my broker.
For so many years I could not understand why so very few shares
were purchased by the board and management considering all the great news coming out from time to time. She informed me that
warrents or options in a buyout that have not expired do not have
to be bought but are subtracted from the final share price.
Again we see why recent lowering and extensions of share price
is a win win situation for management and board members. Sweet
