This has pretty much been tracking the Dow for the past three weeks,

coupled with the negative effects of the recent cash raise and no projection of short-term upside events. Some are raiding their portfolios to accumulate cash or cover even at these levels. Only a few buying, the rest waiting to see how low everything will go.Lots of people are getting edgy.
