Anyone shareholder who owns 25M shares of such a small cap company as ours in a known risky biotech world that has had so much negativity from shorter/bashers realizes full well that once you are in full like HE getting out quickly or having a short term time horizon is clearly impossible to pull off successfully. That investor if after he is full CANNOT get out without hurting himself or his own shareholders ............unless the stock exploded. So whether NWBO is just doing what it supposed to do
concerning his shares or that he wanted the future near or long to have the option to sell is all good. With he additional risk that his added by becoming an activist investor here he needs to have options at his disposal....and with NWBO right now he needs to have an opportunity to make his investment in NWBO look a lot better buy selling after a pop and not look even worse by making a paper loss into a reality. He cannot sell unless the apps pops or he will not only look like a fool, risk a lawsuit, hurt his stockholders or hurt NWBO a stock where he went in full for the longterm to OWN a major percentage and become its only and first Baker Bros.

RK you should be figuring why NW went in full rather than why you feel he may exit so soon and at such a price that would be so diametrically opposite of what his funds are known to do to his shareholders.

NW went in full to have an impact on the company, to take part in its incredible potential and to hopefully have a huge payday based on tis mgmt. There is no reason for him to get out now, it his little effect on his overall portfolio but a huge impact of the court of public opinion and his ego and potential negative consequences to him and NWBO.

NW definitely screwed up by bringing Ondra at this time in with the Wolf involved. He obviously didn't know this since anyone implementing an investigation would only be asking to be investigated himself with the Wolf involved. He isn't that stupid, but the Wolf obviously was. So he screwed up badly. LP could have handled better but she probably thought that NW wanted her out at the time when she found out and over reacted. I imagine NW can be pretty pushy at times. Both need to apologize and make nice being truly on the same team, whether that happens is unknown but both can easily find a way to forgive.
