But no legally binding agreements were made at the Paris conference. The outcome does not force the countries of the world to tackle pollution as there is nothing legally binding. No financial implications or breaking the law if they produce x amount of pollution per year etc. Without this there is nothing stopping countries from business as usual. The governments of world don't care enough or are too gutless to commit to a change in the law. If they don't do it why should any companies care. It's all about the profit and powerful people. What happened or did not happen in Paris is reflected in the alt energy sectors demise since the conference. Says it all really.

With oil prices getting cheaper every day and no real commitment to tackling pollution is a disaster for our sector and until or if this changes the whole sector is screwed. Unfortunately corruption is rife in the governments of the world and their words are full of hot air - polluted hot air.
