A report released in October of 2015 disclosed after investigation that the SEC only reads 26% of all filings.

Further, this 8K is not notice to the SEC as to the registrants intentions to cure its delinquency. I believe the registrant missed its own imposed deadline already. Delinquent registrants file 8Ks all the time hoping to bide its time with Enforcement, and all to often to no avail, as the SEC invokes Section 12(j).
