TPAC never filed an 8-K or any other form with the SEC in regards to this fictional $100,000 "order" you speak about. They certainly wouldn't be filing an S-8 because that is a registration statement. Now if you're going to assert this as truth, please provide a link to the SEC filing you're asserting is real. Sorry, but there is no SEC filing announcing a $100,000 order. I'll save you the trouble searching because I already checked TPAC's SEC filings. You should too. That's more fictional hype.
