RG,

I believe LQMT requires apple's permission for anything that could be CE related. Suppose Tesla approaches LQMT and pursues making a shield for their batteries. LQMT can proceed with that without Apple's permission as Apple has not "announced" they are making a car and a car is not a consumer electronic device.

If LQMT wants to make canards for Lockheed Martin, they can because a middle is not a consumer electronics device.

If Apple decides to turn on the oxygen sensors in the Apple Watch, then it may require FDA approval. Does that make it a medical device??? That, I don't know!!!

Good questions and thanks for making us all think. I hope Apple sees value in our alloy for automotive and buys our company for that purpose. I also think LQMT would be a great frame for the iPhone and material for the watch face.
