State case concerns for them include:
-not complying with the judge's order to produce documents proving a debt exists (the very basis of the plaintiff's suit)
-their confessions in their depositions and their responses to the interrogatories. It's all recorded....no escape!
-The hard evidence in the file that was very constructively laid out, along with all the serious crimes committed...
-the laws they've broken and as said above, have confessed to. The judge has the right to turn the file over to the DA's office. Lets just say, he'll be encouraged to do so and if he declines, the shareholders will intervene and it'll be investigated.
SA's already facing formal charges from his multiple indictments. JS is already going to jail....
Point is, no way even these genius's let this go to the judge. Problem is, no way IFUS will settle....that's a concern!
