Yes Larry did say "we expect their success".

Alstom didn't expect the GE deal to take as long as it did either.

In life things don't always go as we expect.

Just because things don't go as fast as you expect then to, it doesn't mean that those things are not going to happen.

Everything that was in place for Mantra at the end of 2014 are in place now and then some (MFRC and GE in place of Alstom).

Lafarge and the Brewery don't seem to be concerned by Larry missing his expectations.

Good enough for me.
