I'm not sure why folks subject themselves to the torture of owning this stock. It is torture if you simply "watch" and take no action.

I have always suggested not sitting still and taking action.

On another note .... Mgmt must be proud to have achieved another all time low for the stock price yesterday. As I said, an 8K like that needs to be accompanied by additional information explaining why it is a good thing otherwise you get the "massive dilution" thought process and by default stock drops. DUH. Got a price adjustment downward when nothing really happened ..... Yet.

One more feather in mgmt's cap.
